Through the forms: your name, email, phone and company (if provided), your message and rough budget.

Through Google sign-in: your name, email and profile picture. Your Google password is never sent to us and never stored.

Technical data on each visit: your IP address, the country and city it maps to, the page you opened, your device type, your browser string and the site you came from.

We store your IP address in plain form and keep it for 30 days. The site owner can see it in a private area of the admin panel.

After 30 days the address, city and browser string are erased automatically. The visit record stays, but it can no longer be tied to a person.

Why: to understand where visitors come from, and to investigate attacks or spam.

Separately we keep an irreversible fingerprint of the address. It counts repeat visits and powers the brute-force protection. The original address cannot be recovered from it.

To answer your request and discuss the work.

To show you the status of your requests in your account.

To protect the forms from automated submissions and password guessing.

To see traffic to the site and react to suspicious activity.

Nobody. We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for advertising.

The exception is infrastructure the site cannot run without: hosting and Google's sign-in service. They process the data on our behalf.

Data may be disclosed on a lawful, reasoned request from a state authority.

Requests and messages: up to three years from your last contact, then deleted.

Account data: as long as the account exists.

You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion.

Write to us and we will act on it within 30 days.

The site runs Yandex.Metrica. It shows us how many people visit, where they leave and what they click. Without it there is no way to learn what on the site is unclear.

Metrica records sessions: cursor movement, scrolling, clicks, and what you type into form fields — name, email, phone, message. The data is processed on Yandex servers under Yandex's terms.

Your bank card details are never recorded: the site does not ask for them at all. Payment is a transfer you make in your own banking app.

You can opt out with a browser extension that blocks counters, or with the browser's Do Not Track setting — Metrica honours it.

Your username, photo, bio and the «who can message me first» setting are filled in by you, and you can change or clear them at any time in the Profile section.

Your public page shows only what you allowed. Your email stays hidden until you turn it on. Orders, messages, friend lists and last sign-in time are never shown to anyone.

Private messages are stored on our server in plain form and are not end-to-end encrypted, which means we are technically able to read them. Treat this like messaging inside an ordinary work system, not a secure messenger: do not send passwords, bank codes or documents through it.

Deleting your account erases your profile, friends and messages. Orders remain as a record of the transaction but are unlinked from you: the name and contacts in them are replaced with a placeholder.

The site owner can open your account and see the site exactly as you see it, including private messages. This exists to handle support requests: understanding what is broken for you is usually fastest from inside your own account.

While signed in as you, the owner can only look. Sending messages, editing the profile, deleting the account and exporting your data are all blocked — enforced in the code itself, not merely hidden in the interface.

Every such sign-in is recorded: who, when, for how long and for what stated reason. The record appears in your «My data» section and in your data export. It cannot be deleted from the admin panel.

The session closes itself after one hour.

Only the owner has this. Administrators and editors cannot sign into your account.

Our own cookies are limited to what the site cannot work without: your sign-in session and your language choice.

Yandex.Metrica sets its own cookies to count visitors. They are removed together with other site data in your browser settings.
