Through the forms: your name, email, phone and company (if provided), your message and rough budget.

Through Google sign-in: your name, email and profile picture. Your Google password is never sent to us and never stored.

Technical data on each visit: your IP address, the country and city it maps to, the page you opened, your device type, your browser string and the site you came from.

We store your IP address in plain form and keep it for 30 days. The site owner can see it in a private area of the admin panel.

After 30 days the address, city and browser string are erased automatically. The visit record stays, but it can no longer be tied to a person.

Why: to understand where visitors come from, and to investigate attacks or spam.

Separately we keep an irreversible fingerprint of the address. It counts repeat visits and powers the brute-force protection. The original address cannot be recovered from it.

To answer your request and discuss the work.

To show you the status of your requests in your account.

To protect the forms from automated submissions and password guessing.

To see traffic to the site and react to suspicious activity.

Nobody. We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for advertising.

The exception is infrastructure the site cannot run without: hosting and Google's sign-in service. They process the data on our behalf.

Data may be disclosed on a lawful, reasoned request from a state authority.

Requests and messages: up to three years from your last contact, then deleted.

Account data: as long as the account exists.

You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion.

Write to us and we will act on it within 30 days.

We only use cookies the site cannot work without: your sign-in session and your language choice. There are no advertising or analytics trackers.
